About Higher Coaching & Consulting, LLC

My work is dedicated to lifting women higher in higher education and gender‑focused nonprofits. As a Board Certified Coach I partner with women who are navigating ambitious career goals, stepping into leadership, or pursuing advanced academic milestones and I support the institutions committed to helping them rise. Through coaching (career, leadership, and dissertation) and consulting (workshops, retreats, and strategic planning), I help women and organizations create pathways where women can thrive, lead, and influence meaningful change.

Grounded in my Reflect – Inspire – Act approach and a Push/Pull framework, I guide clients through a process that builds clarity, confidence, and momentum. The Push framework supports women who are ready to push through challenges and pursue their personal and professional goals with intention. The Pull framework is designed for women in leadership who want to do more to uplift, mentor, and champion the women on their teams and institutions. Together, these approaches create a powerful ecosystem of individual growth and collective advancement.

Whether I’m coaching one‑on‑one or facilitating a organizational initiative, I invite women and their institutions to pause and reflect on the questions that shape meaningful progress: What professional accomplishments from the last year make you proud? What is one thing you want to achieve in the year ahead? How have you supported rising women so far—and what new program, practice, or support mechanism do you want to introduce next? These questions anchor the work, spark insight, and open the door to action that lifts women higher at every level.
